Spring fever | A liver-loving flow
In this practice, we’ll explore breath-led twists, acupressure for the liver and digestion (hello, Gate of the System, Liver 13!) and thoughtful transitions between gentle movement and longer, supported holds.We start with breathwork and gentle twists to activate Liver and Gallbladder energy, flow through a dynamic standing sequence, then ease into yin postures and finally into a grounding savasana.You’ll need:
→ A yoga block (or cushion)
→ A strap (or a belt works great!)

Feeling tight, tense or just done with doing? This Wood energy yin yoga class lets you soften and soften, while letting gravity do the heavy lifting.We’re not here to achieve anything: we’re here to hang out with the breath, feel into the body and gently unwind the stuck stuff (hello hips, hello shoulders).You’ll need:
→ 2 blocks
→ A bolster or sofa cushion
→ A blanket
